Replacement Policy

Replacement of a product is allowed only under the following circumstances:

  • If the customer establishes that the product delivered is not functioning properly within 7 days from the date of delivery. 
  • The product delivered is in defective condition or has physical damage and was reported to our support team within 24 hours of receipt of the product.
  • Wrong product(not same as the produt ordered) is delivered and reported to our support team within 24 hours of receipt of the product.
 
A product will not be replaced under the following circumstances:
 
  • Customer is not happy with the looks of a defect free product. 
  • Physical damage/Wrong product delivered was not notified within 24 hours of receiving the product. 
  • Any damage is caused by the customer itself. 
  • Customer does not possess or cannot return(for whatever reason) the product along with its original packaging and all its accessories intact.
 
 Please Note:
  • Customer can determine if the product received by them is eligible for replacement by considering the above mentioned conditions.
  • If eligible, replacement process can be initiated by contacting our support team about the same after which an INFINI team member will be alotted to your case. 
  • After collecting and checking the details about the case, the team member will further process the replacement order.
  • Once replacement is approved, it will be delivered to you within 2-7 working days depending upon your address.
  • No return or refund shall be provided.
